The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) alerts motorists to expect delays of 15 to 25 minutes on northbound I-5 at the Interstate Bridge from 10:00 p.m. Friday to 6:00 a.m. Saturday while crews complete annual cable greasing of the bridge lifts.
Only northbound I-5 will be affected. Travelers should plan extra time into their trips.
Northbound Interstate 205 will remain open as an alternate route for regional travelers who want to bypass central Portland.
