The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) reports that there will be overnight closures of ramps and lanes on northbound I-5 at the Marquam Bridge for inspection of the bridge September 24-26.
Inspections will require closures of these areas on these nights:
- September 24: Southbound I-405 to northbound I-5 single lane closure, and South Harbor Drive partial lane closure.
- September 25: Northbound I-5 ramp, single lane closure.
- September 26: Northbound I-5 to northbound I-405 single lane closure, followed by southbound I-405 to southbound I-5 single lane closure.
ODOT will also inspecting lower deck ramps and sections of the bridge during the week – using the Rose Quarter project southbound I-5 closure as an opportunity to get this work done.
