The California Department of Transportation reports that, starting at 10:00 p.m. Friday, January 31 and continuing until 5:00 a.m. Monday, February 3, southbound I-5 will be reduced to only one or two lanes as crews construct concrete pavement between Magnolia Boulevard and Verdugo Avenue in Burbank.
This closure will be repeated from 10:00 p.m. Friday, February 7, to 5:00 a.m. Monday, February 10. The schedule is weather-permitting and subject to change.
Motorists are strongly advised to avoid delays on southbound I-5 by using other routes during these weekend closures.
