Ramp Closures for I-5 Construction in Oregon Continue Through October 8

The Oregon Department of Transportation reports that intermittent night closures of the Interstate 5 on and off ramps at exit 308 on Hayden Island will continue through Sunday October 8.

Closures are necessary for pavement repairs.

Here are details.

  • The I-5 southbound exit 308 off-ramp at Jantzen Beach will see intermittent closures Sunday through Thursday nights, 8 p.m. and 5 a.m., and Friday and Saturday nights, 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. Estimated project completion is Oct. 8.
  • The I-5 northbound exit 308 on and off-ramps at Jantzen Beach will see intermittent closures 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday nights, and 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Friday and Saturday nights. Estimated project completion is Oct. 8.

Signed detours will be in place for authorized vehicles only, otherwise, motor carriers hauling loads need to avoid using these ramps during the restricted times.

Road restriction/dates may change due to weather or other unforeseen delays.
