Morro Bay’s 50th Celebration

The City of Morro Bay is celebrating a significant milestone this year, reaching 50 years of incorporation. The official 50th Celebration for Morro Bay is called “Landmark & Legacy,” and invites the community and visitors to celebrate all year long by joining in a number of events and activities from historic bike tours to a Founders Day Community Picnic. There are also special anniversary deals at local hotels, restaurants, and shops where visitors can spend like it’s 1964.

Sunset Savor the Central Coast

Join the finale of San Luis Obispo County wine month by attending Sunset Savor the Central Coast. Reserve your spot for one of the many Adventure Tours taking place throughout the County from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday and Friday. On Thursday evening, attend a special dinner event at Hearst Castle. Visitors won’t want to miss the main event taking place between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, featuring local wine, beer and cuisine.
